A Rustic Woodland Christmas - Love & Joy Media Launch @ 1 Utama ❤

Christmas is approaching soon! It's only a few days away and I am excited for this year's Christmas! Wanna know why? 1 Utama has come up with awesome decorations for Christmas this year with the theme - A Rustic Woodland Christmas! Yay! :D

I am honored to be invited by 1 Utama and The Butterfly Project to attend 1 Utama's Media Launch which was launched earlier this month. Sorry for the delayed post. Busy adapting to the new working environment and I can't wait for Christmas party which will be held on this coming Tuesday! :D

A rundown of the activities for the whole Christmas month. (:

Since the event hasn't started, we walked over to the Juize by Five booth to check out their personalized Christmas keychain. Media who attended the launch would also get the complimentary personalized keychain.

You would get to choose one charm that you like from the selected charms, one coloured strap and write down the name you wish to be customised on the keychain with maximum of 6 letters only. I was fortunate enough to have my name, Janice to be done on the keychain. Yay! :d

Miss Vanessa Chong, the celebrity emcee hosted the launch on that day and initiated the launch with speech from the VIPs. Performances began with performance by the fairies, princess, prince, elves, Santa and Santarina.

With the theme, "A Rustic Woodland Christmas - Love and Joy", a family of furry friends graced 1 Utama and we got to escape to a whimsical woodland forest where we met chubby polar bears, squinty-eyed foxes, squirrels, owls, raccoons, penguins and many other beloved characters for the second performance of the day - "Loving Gaia Musical Show".

 

Shoppers will also get the opportunity to get up close and personal with the cast and enjoy exciting shows and special programmes like choirs singing your favourite carols, and well-choreographed dances lined up for you this season! Surrounded by holiday cheer, these musical experiences will be nothing short of memorable.

Snow-capped Christmas trees with glistening fairy lights and beautiful ornaments add to the atmospheric decorations in the mall, spreading holiday cheer.

I also had the opportunity to have a chat with Miss Vanessa, the emcee of the day. She is super nice and friendly!

The launch ended with scrumptious treat and tea appreciation session with Betjeman & Barton. Who would actually expect the pastries to be so colourful and pretty. I find them too pretty to be eaten. However, every pastries and food served were good especially their spaghetti. Double thumbs up for the food! :D

I had couple of rounds of spaghetti because I was too hungry. Lol! But oh dear.. I seriously love their spaghetti especially the ones served with the black caviar.

The tea served by Betjeman & Barton was delicious. I had couple of glasses of tea as they are not sweet and not too bitter. I am always a big fan of tea and I find that their tea is nice especially those served in cold too! :D

We even had the opportunity to smell the tea leaves that were displayed on the table that day. The aroma of the tea leaves are refreshing and some with the aroma of flowers too! Punchkine is one of their best seller which the black tea!

Santa has prepared many wonderful rewards for 1 Utama shoppers on his list.
