Hello guys! I am back with beauty review and today I would like to share with you a product that I have been using for awhile now. It's none other than Antipodes Halo Skin-Brightening Facial Mud Mask.

Antipodes® uses white volcanic mud sourced from central New Zealand’s dramatic central plateau in its new Halo Skin-Brightening Facial Mud Mask to help provide a high-performance detox for a luminous complexion. The mud binds to the skin's oils and absorbs them which helps to carry away dirt and residue once rinsed off with the help of the minerals contained in the mud mask.
This mud mask comes with a mini spatula which prevents direct contamination with the product in the tub. However, this mini spatula is rather small in terms of grip and it's rather messy. So I would suggest to use a bigger mask brush to apply the mud mask on the face.
Antipodes Halo Skin-Brightening Facial Mud Mask contains ingredients such as Vinanza Grape and Kiwi which helps to improve the appearance of skin by targeting redness and pigmentation. Other than that, it contains Peony Flower which is prized by the Chinese for centuries for their calming and soothing properties. Last but not least, it contains Volcanic New Zealand Mud - New Zealand's thermal mud is packed full of minerals including sulphur, calcium, sodium and silicon and has been revered for its skin-enhancing properties throughout the ages.
The mud mask comes in pastel green in colour and has rather thick in consistency. This mask is scented and has a pure plant fragrance of vanilla pod, raspberry seed and musk.
Remember to apply a thick layer of this creamy mask over your cleansed face and neck, avoiding your eye area. Since this creamy mask dries up pretty quickly, it will stiffen your face and try not to make any facial expression to avoid the mask from getting cracked. After that, you can rinse away thoroughly with warm water. The washing part can be a little tedious. So try to use wash patiently to remove all the mask from the face completely.
As you can see from the photo below, my skin instantly becomes brighter and clearer with the Antipodes Halo Skin-Brightening Facial Mud Mask. This mud mask draws away the dirt and impurities on my face leaving my skin feeling clean and brighter at the same time.

I also begin to notice that it's easier to apply the makeup on my face and the makeup stays longer than usual after using the mud mask on the day itself. The pores on my face are minimised with the help of the tightening effect of the mud mask when it dries up. You may use this mask twice or thrice a week for a better results.
