Nike We Run KL 10K 2012 Race Pack Collection Day ❤

Last year the race pack collection took place at Midvalley and this year it was at Piazza, The Curve. 

This year, I have my little girl, Jamie Yeap to accompany me to collect my race pack. The sky was bright and sunny yesterday. *fan myself* 

Since I started working on 1st October, so I couldn't collect on Friday because I was in Penang for work. The race pack collection booth in The Curve here was so much bigger compared to the last year's. Thank god I went yesterday and you can see from the photo below that it wasn't that crowded. 

I met a UTAR friend whom we knew each other from UTAR Trekathon 2011 last year which was held at Shah Alam. We chit chatted for a while till a guy who was wearing Nike shirt approached me. He asked me to run on treadmill and I would be able to get my Nike race tee to be customised on the spot for FREE! 

I tried on their LunarGlide4 sport shoes and it was super comfy. My Nike Pegasus sport shoes were too old and worn out. *hint hint* 

A cute guy asked me whether I am using iPhone and did I download the Nike+ Running app in my iPhone.. OF COURSE I DID! Downloaded it ages ago just i do not use it frequently because I am using the Nike + iPod app since I have the Nike sensor with me. 

Sorry readers. I know it is a bit weird seeing me running on the treadmill with jeans. I wasn't planning to run so I wear jeans to collect my race pack because I am heading to somewhere with my sister to study. =)

The run was super easy and short. Complete it less than half a minute and I received the Super Runner badge from him. After that, with the badge, I proceeded to the Tee Customisation counter to have the Super Runner badge printed on my Nike race tee! Whee~~ *jump with joy* 

Tee Customisation counter where you get to customise your Nike race tee on the spot if you can complete the time given by them when you run on the treadmill. It is so simple! 

Friendly auntie was ironing my Super Runner badge on my Nike tee!

The race pack consists of the usual Nike bottle, Nike race tee (it's black in colour this time), Zalora, Boost Juice and Nike vouchers, the finisher tee wrist tag, We Run KL 10K 2012 programme booklet and D-Tag.  

Last but not least, my super cute Super Runner badge on my Nike tee! 

So I hope to see some of my friends during the run and I will be running super slow (a reminder to all of you) because I did not train at all. I'll just go and run on the day itself. :P Those who know me PLEASE DON'T LAUGH AT ME when you see a tortoise Janice running on the road. =P
