[Tips] Secrets to Beautiful and Healthy Skin ❤
Hello readers! Today's topic would be slightly different from the normal beauty post and today I would like to take this opportunity to share some tips and secrets. I know some of the girls have their own tips or secrets to beautiful skin and today I would like to share mine with my readers.
When I was young, I used to have a lot of breakouts and skin tone is super dull and uneven. I lack of confidence over that period of time due to pimples popping up everywhere on my face. Over the years, I have tried several methods to achieve the healthy and pimple-free skin and finally I made it with the help of these few tips.
CHANGE OF DIET
Other than that, CHANGE of your DIET plan is important too. Some food might cause your blood sugar to rise quickly, triggering a boost in insulin. This is because too much insulin in your bloodstream can trigger changes in your body that can lead to the growth of pore-clogging cells. It can also boost action in your oil glands. Try to eat more vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans if you want to have lesser breakouts on your skin.
HAVE A GOOD QUALITY SLEEP
Stress increases glucocorticoid production which can lead to abnormalities in skin structure and function and that can make conditions like acne worse. Therefore it is important to get more sleep at least 7 hours a day. It will be better for you to sleep before 12 am rather than you sleep at 3 am and wake up at 10 am because sleep quality is best when it occurs within the body's natural circadian rhythm.
So if a person truly can't fall asleep before midnight but has to routinely wake up early, it's likely that sooner or later they are going to feel seriously sleep deprived. This where breakouts happen. Nowadays I try to sleep before 12 and wake up at 7 or 7.30 am in the morning everyday including weekends. I noticed that skin undeniably feels healthier and pimples are getting lesser. (:

Besides that, you need to have proper skincare regime in order to have beautiful and healthy skin. First of all, one should never ever skip the basic skincare regime even though you are feeling lazy. Cleanse, Tone and Moisturise are the 3 basic steps that we should never skip. In fact the guys should have these basic steps in their skincare regime. Some of them tend to cleanse their face and do not proceed with the toner and moisturiser which is not good for their skin. Since I am a beauty blogger, I am super concerned about skincare regime and I would never ever skip these steps even though I am lazy.
Let me explain the benefits / advantages of having these 3 steps in your skincare regime. First of all, Cleansing is the first line of defense against pimples. It is important to keep skin clean and thoroughly remove dirt, excess make-up and oil that can clog pores and cause skin problems. If skin is oily or sometimes gets pimples, it is best to choose a cleanser specifically designed for acne-prone skin. However, washing alone is not enough to remove the dirt and excess make-up.
The face has more oil-producing glands than any other part of the body. Therefore, try not to over cleansing your face as it cause breakout. Basically it strips out all the moisture on your skin causing your skin to be more dry than usual.

I can't never skip a day without drinking water because water can help to flush out internal organs and hydrate your skin from the inside out. Drink at least 2 - 3 litres a day (depending on individuals) to avoid your skin from drying out.
