Fit Concerto Garcinia Maxx My Life ❤

A few weeks ago, I attended Fit Concerto Garcinia Maxx My Life, a fitness program which took place at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel. Organized by Grand Million Supremacy (GMS), the event is one of the corporate social responsibility activities with the community, national athletes and non-governmental organizations.

Since I just got back from CNY break not long ago, it was the perfect time to burn off some fats after feasting during the festive season. *winkz*

FYI, Fit Concerto is a combination of various exercise activities such as aerobics, zumba, artistic gymnastics, masala bhangra, aerodance and body combat for two hours endlessly. 

GMS Managing Director Datuk Ryzal Jamaludin mentioned that the event was intended to be a platform and started to promote and develop human values ​​as well as awareness of the importance of fitness as a lifestyle.

Fit Concerto's opening event was hailed by performances from the country's gymnastic athletes who won the silver medal at the 29th SEA Games last year.

GMS aims to assemble more than 2,000 participants of the Fit Concerto program this year. Datuk Ryzal pointed out, the target was achievable as GMS would expand it across the country by conducting roaming programs in 10 selected locations such as Melaka, Johor Bahru, Sabah and many more. 

In future, Fit Concerto will be a big-scale fitness event in the future as all the instructors involved are members of OneNation Fitness Club, a qualified instructor from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Meanwhile, Fit Concerto also received the support of Hotel Pullman Lakeside Putrajaya and sole distributor Garcinia Maxx, Rizi Biz Shop and OneNation Fitness Club. I had so much fun at Fit Concerto event. Thank you Garcinia Maxx for having me!
