[Food] La Mian Menu Showcase @ Shangri-La KL ❤

With the current rainy season in Kuala Lumpur, it's the perfect time to indulge in piping hot noodles and I had the opportunity to try out the La Mian menu in collaboration with Shangri-La Hotel, Xi'an and Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur.

Chef Wang Quan from Shangri-la Hotel, Xi'an showcased an exclusive La Mian menu offering to the hotel guests and the public the chance to taste authentic local Shaanxi dishes from 25th September till 3rd October 2018 to taste authentic local Shaanxi dishes.

Overall, the texture of the noodles is springy and it brings the feeling of being at home. It is definitely one of my comfort food to enjoy at home. Some of La Mian served were rather spicy to my liking but I enjoyed the Spicy BiangBiang Noodles the most. Despite being the most spicy among all, it gives the kick of dried chilli and spiciness in my mouth which made me craved for more after that.
