DIY Tips for Beautiful Skin ❤
Hello readers, I am back again after a week. Sorry for not updating my blog. Last week was totally busy. Bro and sis-in-law were back and we had some family gathering together. Hence there is why, I do not have the time to blog. Today I am going to share some tips with you guys on how to have beautiful skin using aloe itself only. Here are some DIY tips for you guys:
As far as I am concerned, aloe is the natural treatment for sunburn or any burn or other skin ailment that needs soothing. Using a natural slice of natural aloe vera is the easiest way, but aloe juice or gel works just as well too.
There are some many DIY tips using aloe, it’s a “wonder drug” for your skin! I read it from a magazine and hoping to share with readers just a few recipes that will help to beautify your skin.

Aloe Vera Eye Treatment
(this is one of the best eye treatments that you can make at home!)
Combine 1 tablespoon 100% aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon fresh cucumber juice (seeds removed), and 1/4 tablespoon cornstarch. If you don’t have a juicer, you can make cucumber juice with an orange juicer and a little elbow grease. You can also use a blender and strain the pulp from the juice. Use almost-overripe cucumber.
Bring the mixture to a slow boil. Remove the liquid from heat and add to it 1 tablespoon witch hazel. Pour the mixture into a small lid with a tight jar and put it into the refrigerator. Pat onto your eye area as needed, being careful not to get it into your eyes. If you keep it refrigerated, it should last 3-6 weeks. You’ll be amazed at how it reduces puffiness and fine lines. Cover your eyes with cucumber slices and relax for a while for an extra treatment.
Another super DIY aloe vera beauty treatment is an easy facial mask, using only two ingredients.
Add equal parts 100% pure aloe gel and warm honey. One tablespoon of each is a good amount for one application. Cover your face with the mask and let it absorb for about 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. This is great for combination skin. Your skin will be hydrated, and your pores tightened.
If you need a more hydrating DIY aloe facial mask, add 2 Tablespoons 100% aloe vera gel, one teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, and 1 beaten egg yolk. Leave on your face for 20 minutes then rinse.
If you’d like a mask that is more astringent, add 1 beaten egg white, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of 100% aloe vera gel. Use the same technique for this one: leave the mask on your face for twenty minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
And a super-refreshing DIY aloe toner, this one needs a few more ingredients but it’s worth it!
Aloe Toner
Add together 1/8 cup of witch hazel, 2 Tablespoon of 100% aloe gel, 1/2 cup purified water, 3 drops each of these essential oils: chamomile, rosemary, and rose. Mix together well, and refrigerate. You can use the toner as a spray (keep your eyes closed tightly) or use a cotton pad to whisk away dirt and debris.
Aloe is a terrific ingredient for healthy skincare. These recipes are easy and you’ll notice more beautiful skin if you use these DIY beauty tips.
