[Review] Marine Elements Dry Skin Management System ❤

I have dry skin especially on the back of my body which is why I find it not convenient to wear bikini or crop top. Thanks to Miss Betsy from Livelife that I was introduced to an awesome dry skincare products of Marine Elements. Didn't know that skin care products of Marine Elements can actually help to protect, relieve and repair dry and itchy skin. (:

Dry skin is caused by the skin's inability to retain water. To help overcome dry skin, a good daily skin care routine is required, focusing on the basics of bathing and moisturizing. Marine Elements product range is specially formulated to moisturize, calm and smoothen the skin, whilst leaving a protective barrier against the harsh environmental elements. The products are hypoallergenic and suitable for people of all ages, including babies, children and people with sensitive skins.

I was given two products to try which is the Marine Elements Body Wash and Marine Elements Body Lotion. 

Marine Elements Body Wash 500 ml - RM65

Marine Elements Body Wash is an extra mild, soap-free formulation and suitable for the whole body. It has a pH level that is close to human skin to maintain your skin's natural barrier against daily harsh elements. Thus, it helps to promote the regeneration of healthy skin cells, leaving it smooth and moisturized even after one usage.

 Marine Elements Body Lotion 200ml - RM67.50

As for Marine Elements Body Lotion, it will help to soften the skin's surface allowing moisture and nutrients to penetrate deep down. It helps accelerate the natural rejuvenation of the skin. The protective barrier seals the moisture in and helps keep the allergens and irritants out which the  anti-oxidants help prevent skin damage from free radicals and help your skin look younger and firmer with regular use.

Marine Elements skincare products include a patented ingredient, Zonase X which is an active ingredient containing natural proteins and enzymes derived from the pure and clean marine sources in Norway. It is derived from the hatching fluid of salmon eggs that have been extensively researched and developed in cooperation with Norwegian universities. 

Zonase X is the latest innovation combining marine technology and skincare science. It is scientifically proven to help improve skin conditions, including regenerating fresh skin cells and strengthening the skin's natural barrier, therefore reducing the recurrence of eczema and dry skin conditions.

Review

Before using products from Marine Elements, my skin condition was dry and my skin was cracking. Due to the dryness of the skin, I always experience itchiness and it causes discomfort. After using Marine Elements body wash and its lotion, I find that my skin is improving in terms of moisture. It’s no longer dry and the moisture stays in the skin for more than 12 hours. I love how my skin being silky smooth throughout the day.

Personally, I love the body wash as it does not produce lather and it doesn’t make my skin feeling dry. It’s as if there’s a layer of moisture wrapping around my skin, maintaining the skin in moist condition. It is fragrance free and that’s what I’m looking for as I’m rather sensitive to fragrance. Even with a small amount of the body wash, it is adequate to wash up the entire body. 

As for the body lotion, an ample amount is required to apply the entire body. The dryer part of the skin has to be focused on as compared to the other part of the skin. After 3 days of using it, my skin is slightly improved. 

The dark patches on my skin slowly disappearing and it doesn’t feel that dry anymore. On the 7th day, the skin got even better that the cracked lines are slowly disappearing. However, on the 14th day, not much improvement was observed.

 P/s: Darker tone on the 3rd day is due to the lighting.

 Marine Elements product definitely gives me satisfaction hence, I will continue using it. My skin texture has improved a lot and I believe the consistency in using the products will help further improving my skin. 

I would highly recommend Marine Elements to my friends who have the same skin condition as mine as it does improve my skin condition. It’s so smooth, soft and moist all-day long. It is reliable and it definitely works! I’ve been trying out various skin care products and so far this provides the best result. I believe that I will be able to achieve my desired skin in no time!
